AARTVCCA - Associacio' d'amics de la Ràdio i la TV del Clot - Camp de l'Arpa

The AARTVCCA essential functions are the activity as a BTV (Barcelona Televisio') territorial delegation in the Sant martí district. AARTVCCA is the communication media and the basically information media for Sant Martí, structured as a non lucrative association with comminatory vocation, public function and social service. Our association develops all kind of project and informative, divulgative, formative and educational activities based in the medias use related with the quarter daily life.

One of the AARTVCCA principal vocations is the society popularising and approximation to the mass media. In this sense, the proximity audiovisual productions, the audiovisual formation and TV workshops organisation to different collectives and also the visits to our installations organisation, are one of the priority activities of this organisation.

Clot RTV directs their activities, principally, to the young people collective. Schools, primary and secondary schools, universities, professional formation students and different associations participles in the in the workshops and in the projects. AARTVCCA produce to young people and also, it production is made by the young professional.

AARTVCCA have experience in different work fields:

- In a women field, Clot RTV is working in "Dones Reporteres" project, that consist ion a TV and radio workshops where the women learn to use the media with the practice.
- On the other hand, Clot is working in the radio and TV workshops to young people with the projects "Trenquem Barreres", Vine I fes Tv" and "Vine I fes radio
- Audiovisual productions about different cultures like 3 thematic videos about the Colombia reality and a report about the situation of the children's in the Saharan refugee camps
- Clot RTV works in a Sant Martí district as a proximity media to a citizenship

On other hand AARTVCCA has worked in co-operation with other European organisation in the following projects:

- "Close to Europe, close to youth"
- "Asociatión Europea Audiovisual, CIRCUIT"
- "A young look to Europe"
- "Talleres de communication en Barcelona
